Develop, propose, and implement customer financial policies (installment plans, interest support programs, financial incentives, etc.) to drive sales performance.
Collaborate with financial partners (banks, financial institutions) to design and optimize financial product packages tailored to different customer segments.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs through KPIs; propose improvements to enhance business performance.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and benchmark competitors financial policies to propose competitive solutions.
Ensure proper implementation of financial policies across the sales system in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Law, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in finance, banking, fintech, or commercial policy development.
Strong understanding of personal financial products (installment plans, consumer lending, credit products, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial performance and data.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Logical thinking, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
