In this role, He/ She will identify potential opportunities for new business accounts across ASEAN region and drive unique value propositions which translate strategic goals into actionable insights and recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically develop the business development and partnerships roadmap by identifying new & potential relationships to generate leads and identify new opportunities
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration by developing and executing strategies to enhance market presence and expand customer base in ASEAN Region
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, establish positive long-term relationships with all stakeholders
- Formulate proposal decks and sales pitch to promote the solutions to target accounts

- Achievement of new accounts development and acquisition in line with sales objectives
- Successful execution of technical product demonstrations and presentations
- High levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct relevant market research, complete feasibility analysis, and design business models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in selling software solutions
- Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of either Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems
- Engineering or computer science background preferred
- Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus for building lasting relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural environments
