Job Description

In this role, He/ She will identify potential opportunities for new business accounts across ASEAN region and drive unique value propositions which translate strategic goals into actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop the business development and partnerships roadmap by identifying new & potential relationships to generate leads and identify new opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration by developing and executing strategies to enhance market presence and expand customer base in ASEAN Region
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, establish positive long-term relationships with all stakeholders
  • Formulate proposal decks and sales pitch to promote the solutions to target accounts

Key Deliverables

  • Achievement of new accounts development and acquisition in line with sales objectives
  • Successful execution of technical product demonstrations and presentations
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct relevant market research, complete feasibility analysis, and design business models

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in selling software solutions
  • Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of either Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems
  • Engineering or computer science background preferred
  • Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus for building lasting relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural environments
