Ensure new Customer accounts are properly administered
Maintain and expand Customer relationship within order processing and scope of service level
Ensure Customer orders are properly administered and delivered
Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers
Maintain close working relationships with internal & external parties serving as a communication link between Customer and Sales Staffs to ensure responsiveness.
Support customers request for product or delivery related documents
Support customer and sales request for samples.
