Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
