Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of process automation principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within automated workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
