Established in 1999, Innity is the leading online media company and provider of digital advertising, marketing and social commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers. In 2019, Innity launched Passionation - an Influencer Marketing Platform, where marketers and influencers large and small collaborate seamlessly at scale.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Creative Planning Manager to lead the development of social-first and creator-led campaigns, bridging strategy and creative thinking.

In this role, you will work closely with Account, Influencer & Media teams to turn consumer insight, digital behavior and social trends into strategic directions, creative ideas and impactful campaigns, especially across social platforms and influencer ecosystems.

You will also mentor junior team members, drive the quality of thinking and execution, and act as a key strategic partner to clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social culture, content and influencer marketing, and is ready to step up as a strategic and creative leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic & Social Planning:

  • Lead analysis of market, consumer behavior, social trends & platform dynamics.
  • Develop communication, social & content strategy for campaigns.
  • Translate insights into clear strategic directions and actionable ideas.

2. Content & Influencer-led Ideas:

  • Lead development of social-first content ideas and creative platforms.
  • Shape creator/influencer-led campaign concepts and storytelling approach.
  • Ensure ideas are platform-native, insight-driven and culturally relevant.

3. Campaign Leadership & Performance:

  • Oversee execution of social & influencer campaigns end-to-end.
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, creative, content and delivery.
  • Monitor performance and drive campaign optimization & learnings.

4. Client Collaboration:

  • Lead client briefings and present strategic directions and campaign ideas.
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on social & influencer approach.
  • Collaborate with Account team to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

5. Team Management & Development:

  • Mentor and guide Creative Planning Executives / junior planners.
  • Elevate team capability in strategic thinking, insight development and ideation.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across team outputs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital, Social or Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and creator ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and ideas for integrated social campaigns.
  • Experience in leading projects and working with clients.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
