Support Account Manager in managing day-to-day client communication and project coordination.
Assist in receiving and clarifying client briefs; contribute to proposal development and quotation preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Media, Operations) and external partners (especially KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies) to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Support in managing campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Prepare meeting materials, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance summaries.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and influencers.
Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to Account Manager when necessary.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Account/Client Service/Digital Marketing roles (Agency background preferred).
Experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing/KOL campaigns.
Bachelor's degree required.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Good presentation and proposal-writing skills are a plus.
