Your responsibilities:
- Enhance and expand InBold's capability to attract new clients and retain existing ones through exceptional team work.
- Work closely with the GroupHead of Creative in the Copenhagen office to serve our international clients with high creative quality.
- Managing Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals in the Saigon office, including designers, writers, and other content creators.
- Facilitate and drive brainstorming sessions to generate original ideas and concepts, pushing creative boundaries - reaching for award-winning concepts.
- Fostering creative mindsets that are in constant search for trends, emerging technologies, in a competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation.
- Be in charge of the presentation of ideas to clients as project requirements.
- Develop and mentor the execution of innovative creative concepts and strategies that enhance brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, and translate these insights into effective creative solutions.
- Ensure the seamless integration of creative ideas across multiple platforms and mediums, maintaining consistency in brand voice and visual messaging.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- A natural interest to work across departments in an agency of diverse talents spanning PR, influencer relations, design production, and digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven at least 7 years of experience as a Creative Manager, or similar role, with a strong background in concept development from the creative industry
- Experience in managing a creative team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using creative tools and software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
