Job Overview

The Creative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of all brand visuals, including 2D design, 3D design, photography, and video production. This role requires strong leadership and creativity to manage a creative team, ensure brand consistency, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

- Define and maintain Slimcase's visual identity across all channels and markets.

- Provide creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

- Manage and inspire a team of 2D, 3D designers, photo, and videographer.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate business goals into compelling creative ideas.

Design & Content Production:

- Oversee the creation of 2D assets: product packaging, digital content, social media visuals, and advertising materials.

- Guide 3D designers in producing realistic product renders, animations, and creative visuals.

- Supervise video and photography production, from concept to final edit, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and quality standards.

Project & Team Management:

- Manage timelines, resources, and priorities for multiple creative projects.

- Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on all creative outputs.

- Work with external agencies, freelancers, and production houses when needed.

- Stay up to date with design trends, visual technologies, and social media content trends to keep Slimcase ahead of the curve.

Product Development:

- Work with Product teams on new product ideas

- Advise on product designs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across 2D, 3D, and video/photography projects.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software, video editing tools).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Strong creative vision with attention to detail and consistency.

- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods branding is a plus.
