Job Description

Corporate Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the Group's financing strategies and capital management activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the Group's growth, business expansion, and investment objectives through effective fundraising, financial structuring, and corporate development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead debt, equity, and structured financing activities to secure funding for the Group's business operations, expansion plans, and strategic projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies, while negotiating favorable financing terms and structures.
  • Drive mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, and joint venture initiatives, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and investment appraisal.
  • Monitor and optimize the Group's capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity to ensure efficient capital allocation and effective financial risk management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fundraising strategies, capital allocation, investment opportunities, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare financing proposals, investor presentations, board papers, and other financial materials to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CA will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or treasury.
  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, debt and equity financing, or M&A transactions.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and financial structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
