Corporate Communications Executive (6 Months)

Summary: We are looking for a committed member to work under the Corporate Communications department to oversee and drive the strategy and implementation of business communications for the company.

Employment Type: Contract (6-Months for maternity cover)

Reports to: Head of Corporate Communication

Location: Singapore

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the organisation not limiting to:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote corporate identity, branding and organisational goal alignment.
• Seek creative strategies and curate new literature to increase internal and external awareness of key pillars of topics undertaken by the company including community projects, sustainability roadmap, transformational programme, among others.
• Strategise and oversee media engagement whenever necessary.
• Support and implement Crisis Management protocol.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare marketing presentation material.
• Manage and update content on the organisation's intranet; and
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar specialization from a recognized university;
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the relevant scope of work (maritime industry will be an added advantage). Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Able to well in a highly collaborative team.
• Highly driven with an eye for detail.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Resourceful, innovative, and independent; and
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
