Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN equipment.
Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble shooting.
Provide technical solution and hands-on support on MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN products.
Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment and work under high pressure.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Mobile Core Network devices and related system problem solving ability.
Understanding about cloud computing, virtualization
Candidate who is familiar with technical knowledge in 3G/NGN/IMS/IP Network and Data Communication is strongly encouraged to apply
Candidate who possesses CS Core product experience such as iManager U2000, UMG8900, UPCC has advantage.
An excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate with services consciousness attitude is strongly preferred.
Able to communicate in English fluently (mandatory)
