Objectives

Job Description

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap (30%)
  • Platform Vision: Define and communicate the product vision for PMAX's client-supplier platform — from service-driven to self-serve SaaS.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain the product roadmap, balancing internal operational efficiency with external client-facing features.
  • Prioritisation: Make trade-off decisions on feature priority, scope, and sequencing. Say no to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor competitive platforms in the performance marketing and agency tech space to inform product direction.
  • Client & Supplier Platform (30%)
  • Brief Submission & Processing: Design the client workflow: brief submission, qualification, scoping, and approval — replacing manual email/spreadsheet flows.
  • Matching & Allocation: Build the logic for matching client briefs with suppliers (KOL matching, media partner selection, creative vendor allocation).
  • Self-Serve Portal: Drive the shift from human-mediated service to client self-service: dashboards, campaign tracking, reporting, and communication — all through the platform.
  • Supplier Management: Design supplier onboarding, rating, capacity tracking, and payment workflows within the platform.
  • Team Leadership & BA Oversight (20%)
  • Manage BA Team: Directly manage BA ERP/OpX and BA Media. Set priorities, review requirements quality, and ensure alignment between BA output and engineering capacity.
  • Media Product Executive: Oversee the Media Product Executive who owns the media-side product experience.
  • Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (Media, Account, Finance, Operations) and the Tech team. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Hiring & Growth: As the BA team grows, identify when a dedicated BA Manager is needed and help hire and onboard them (reporting to you).
  • AI-Powered Platform Features (10%)
  • Agent Integration: Work with the Engineering team to embed AI agents into platform workflows — automated brief qualification, smart matching, campaign recommendations.
  • Adoption & Governance: Ensure AI-powered features follow the PMAX AI Governance Framework (S0–S5 stage gates, data tiering, instrumentation standards).
  • User Enablement: Drive adoption of AI-enhanced features among both internal users and external clients. Define what good looks like for AI outputs in the platform context.
  • Delivery & Quality (10%)
  • Agile Execution: Partner with the Head of Engineering to run Agile delivery cycles. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
  • Quality Standards: Define acceptance criteria, participate in UAT, and ensure features meet business requirements before release.
  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define and track platform KPIs: adoption rates, time-to-completion for client workflows, NPS, and operational efficiency gains.

  • Domain experience in digital marketing, agency operations, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus
