Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager

Job Description

. Manage contract administration and compliance for projects
. Review and advise on contract terms, risks, and obligations
. Oversee claims, disputes, and variations
. Develop and implement contract management processes
. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
. 5-8 years of experience in contract management or QS
. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and law
. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
. Strong track record in contract management adopting PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA Form of Contract
. Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects
. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and contract management skills
. Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
