Content Producer & Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Singapore on site

Employment Type: Full-time, Only Singapore PR & Citizen can apply

Monthly Base Salary: SGD 8,000–10,000, depending on experience and qualifications

MOMENTI PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to take responsibility for content production, marketing, and sales in one integrated role. You will develop creative content, execute marketing campaigns, and secure new business while managing projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and produce video, photography, branded content, and social media content aligned with business and client objectives.

- Manage the full production process, including creative briefs, budgets, schedules, production coordination, editing, and final delivery.

- Coordinate creative teams, freelancers, talent, and external production partners.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

- Identify prospective clients, manage the sales pipeline, and secure new business.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and content solutions tailored to client needs.

- Lead client discussions and commercial negotiations within approved company guidelines.

- Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

- Track content performance, campaign results, sales conversions, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

- At least five years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated responsibilities across content production, marketing, and sales or business development.

- A portfolio demonstrating successful content production and campaign delivery.

- A proven record of acquiring clients, generating revenue, or achieving measurable marketing results.

- Strong storytelling, project management, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- Experience managing production budgets, timelines, and external vendors.

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication, proposals, and production coordination.

- Experience in advertising, media, branded content, or creative services is preferred.

Compensation

Monthly base salary: SGD 8,000–10,000.

The final offer will reflect the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications. Other employment terms will be set out in the employment contract.
