We're looking for a Part-time Content Marketing Collaborator to join our team and create engaging, trend-driven content across social media and e-commerce platforms. You'll have the opportunity to write English captions, craft short video scripts, develop email marketing content, and bring creative ideas to life while helping grow our brand and connect with customers.
1. Job Description:
- Create and write content for social media platforms
- Produce a high volume of short English captions that are creative, engaging, and tailored to each image, video, product insight, and platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Research and apply relevant hashtags aligned with products, target audience, and current trends
- Publish content regularly across social media platforms
- Write SEO-optimized descriptions for product collections
- Develop email marketing content, including product/service introduction emails
- Write scripts for short-form videos (15 seconds) for product promotion
- Create concise on-screen text content based on video scripts for each scene
2. Requirements:
2.1. Working Schedule & Format
- Able to commit for at least 3–6 months
- Must register for a minimum of 5 shifts per week (Monday to Saturday):
+ Morning shift (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM): at least 2 shifts/week
+ Afternoon shift (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM): at least 3 shifts/week
- Work on-site at the office based on registered shifts
2.2. Equipment
- Personal laptop required for training
- Company PC will be provided for on-site work
2.3. Skills & Qualifications
- Students majoring in Economics, E-commerce, Marketing, English, Communications, or related fields, currently based in Ho Chi Minh City
- Good English reading and writing skills (equivalent to TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.0+). Certificates are not required if you have studied/worked in an English-speaking environment
- Prior experience in English content writing or copywriting is a plus
- Ability to use AI tools to support content creation
2.4. Mindset & Attitude
- Detail-oriented and careful in work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
- Proactive, collaborative, and responsible in completing assigned tasks
