Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, executing, and managing customer and partner surveys for WinX. This role involves handling end-to-end survey processes, including receiving briefs, segmenting data, creating survey content, proposing incentives, and coordinating with partners for survey administration. The specialist will ensure that survey insights are accurately captured and utilized to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Management & Execution

  • Receive and understand survey briefs from internal teams and WinX partners.
  • Segment target audiences based on criteria such as demographics, behavior, and other relevant factors.
  • Design and develop survey questionnaires ensuring relevance and clarity.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end survey process, from distribution to data collection and analysis.

Partner Coordination & Contracting

  • Receive and analyze survey forms from WinX partners.
  • Manage relationships with partners, including negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements.
  • Administer partner surveys, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timelines.

Content Creation & Incentive Management

  • Develop engaging survey content that encourages participation.
  • Propose appropriate incentives to increase response rates; manage the administration of these incentives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze survey data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Use survey data to support customer segmentation, product development, and marketing strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices in survey design and data collection.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or consumer & market knowledge (CMK), preferably in FMCG, retail, or agency settings.
  • Proven experience in survey design, data segmentation, and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple surveys simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience in working with partners and managing contracts.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer experience, CMK, or market research roles.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
