WHAT YOU&aposLL DO
- Manage and lead the research and consulting project, including industrial research, consumer insight
- Conducting commercial due diligence and related projects with international clients.
- Facilitated client discussions to identify improvement areas, diagnosed core issues, and formulated solution hypotheses.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative (mainly) analysis to drive the proposed solution
(1) Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
(2) Qualitative research methodologies encompass market research, gathering business intelligence through desktop research, expert interviews, and surveys.
- Consolidate findings from analysis and present proposed solutions to clients.
- Develop and present implementation plans for recommended implementation changes.
- Support business development through pursuit activities and creation of thought papers
- Support the variety of corporate tasks at a startup company
WHAT YOU&aposLL NEED
Required Experience
- Bachelor&aposs degree, Master&aposs degree is a plus.
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and produce effective results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage junior members with a well-structured plan and task assignment.
- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team.
- Entrepreneurship and ownership.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of research & consulting experience.
- Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (financial services, consumer products, human capital, shared services, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and various computer applications.
Working Location
- Fully based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
