Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, manpower and site operations.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and authorities.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical construction and project management.
- Proven senior management experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LV systems, ELV, temporary power works, testing and commissioning.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Bilingual in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work extended hours when required.
