Description
This position will be responsible for delivering of high quality client services to an assigned client portfolio, within FINEX lines, and promoting new sales to achieve the sales (new & renewal) targets
Responsibilities
- Manage specific tasks supporting client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuance and renewal cycle as per instructions and guidance of Finex AM and higher manager
- Provide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients as assigned and guided by senior Finex staff
- Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle, including but not limit to obtaining of quotations; explaining insurance terms/conditions; making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients when and where appropriate
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop database of prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop database of prospects
- Proactively reach out to prospects and present financial line products/services effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets and retention rate of the existing portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with the clients for premium collection
- Ensure all WTW Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are met
- Other tasks assigned by the Company
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree (Preferable on banking, insurance or laws)
- Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point.
- 3- 5 years of working experience, preferable banking/Finance or legal experience
- Ability to self-study and strong analysis skill
- Proactive, long-term commitment
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
