Leaders Create Leaders (LCL) develops leadership capacity through the Team Psychological Safety (TPS) program and a global network of Certified Practitioners.We empower organizations to build resilient, high-performing teams and foster sustainable leadership practices.

We are seeking a Community & Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives and the growth of our Certified Practitioners Community. Thisrole is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership, learning, and building meaningful communities.

• Execute marketing activities and campaigns according to companydirection.
• Takepartincontentexecution,events,andcommunicationswithmembersandprospects.
• Build and develop the Certified Practitioners Community by fostering engagement and connection.
• Contactpotentialmembers,supportthemthroughtheregistrationprocess,andnurture leads to conversion.
• Provide support to ensure smooth community operations and membersatisfaction.
• Handleadditional tasks as assigned by the linemanager.

• Bachelor&apossdegreeorhigherinMarketing,Business,Communication,orrelatedfields.
• Demonstratedmaturity,empathy,andagenuinepassionforcaringforcommunities.
• Strongunderstandingofcompanyproductsandservices(training,certification,community programs).
• Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills.
• Ability to execute tasks independently andcollaboratively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to deliveringresults.
