Job Summary

The Cloud Specialist will design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS and container technologies, automate provisioning and CI/CD pipelines, and manage security operations to enhance cloud environment resilience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure applications
• Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application delivery
• Analyze security logs and utilize SIEM tools to detect and respond to threats proactively
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning
• Manage production deployments on Kubernetes, ensuring stability and performance
• Apply security patches and conduct vulnerability management across cloud and container environments
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline change and release management processes
• Develop and implement automation scripts for server management, CI/CD tasks, and operational efficiency
• Execute incident response procedures and continuously improve security playbooks based on operational insights
• Write and maintain code in Python and Golang to support automation and cloud operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Security certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty and Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist or equivalent are advantageous
