About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting in processing residential lending applications and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting clients information and filing the documents
- Performing the initial evaluation of the potential clients by thoroughly examining their profiles
- Interviewing prospective clients to decide their eligibility for loan or mortgage
- Following up with clients to clarify important points
- Consulting with clients for the best solution based on their needs
- Preparing and submitting the application and supporting documents to the bank
- Working closely with clients and banks until the deal is closed
- Keeping updated with relevant lending regulations, the economy and market rates
About You
- Fluent in English (Advanced level in Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening)
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understand the balance between customer satisfaction and a results-driven approach
- Proactive and rigorous in your details to detail
- The highest integrity since you will have access to private, personal and confidential information
- Hold a Bachelor&aposs degree in banking, finance, economics, or a related field
