Take ownership of client statement issuance, bespoke account documentation, and tax compliance operations within a dynamic private wealth environment.

• Validate and issue periodic portfolio statements, custom valuations, and formal relationship documents using approved templates.
• Oversee operational compliance and statutory reporting submissions for tax frameworks including QI, FATCA, and CRS/AEOI.
• Perform pre-issuance quality reviews and data reconciliations to ensure strict accuracy and maintain bank secrecy protocols.
• Collaborate with internal operations, technology teams, and external custodians to resolve reporting discrepancies and technical issues.
• Drive operational risk controls, support regulatory policy implementation, and assist with internal technical guidance.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Prior background in private banking operations, specifically covering client documentation, custody, or regulatory tax reporting.
• Working technical knowledge of tax compliance requirements including QI, FATCA, and CRS/AEOI.
• Strong data reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to handle multiple statutory deadlines.
