Client Relations Manager

Overview
Primal is growing our group training. Were looking for a Client Relations Manager to drive sign-ups, fill classes, and keep members engaged long term.
What Youll Do
- Own the funnel: Lead trial sign-up onboarding retention for all group classes (Strength, Movement, Combat, Wellness, Kids where relevant).
- Convert trials: Book trials, confirm attendance, follow up fast, and close memberships or class packs.
- Retention & saves: Monitor at-risk members, and run win-back sequences.
- Community & campaigns: Execute referral drives, challenges, and events to boost attendance. Engage members on WhatsApp and in-app.
- Reporting: Maintain daily dashboards. Share insights and next actions with Management and Coaches.
- Cross-team: Coordinate with Marketing on offers and follow-ups, with Coaches on class feedback, and with Operations on schedule changes.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer success. Fitness industry a plus.
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and persuasive in Vietnamese and English.
- Tools: Comfortable with CRM or booking systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic reporting. Must be organized.
- Mindset: Target-driven, organized, and proactive. Comfortable with evenings/weekends as needed.
- People first: You like talking to members and solving problems quickly.
Core KPIs
- Trial-to-Paid conversion rate
- Referrals generated and conversion from referrals
- Show-up rate for trials
