M t cng vic :
- Kho st th trng, xy dng chin lc bn hng v k hoch ngn sch.
- Lp k hoch v trin khai cc chin dch tip th s, bao gm nhng khng gii hn trn cc knh tng tc (App, Email, SMS, ZNS, v.v), trn cc nn tng tm kim (Search Engines), mng x hi (Paid Social), nn tng tip th lin kt (Affiliate) v cc knh hin th khc (Display Ads).
- Theo di, nghin cu, phn tch cc xu hng, t kha, sn phm, tri nghim/hnh trnh ca khch hng, cng ngh. Thc hin cc th nghim (A/B testing, Multivariate Experiments, v.v.) v trin khai cc thay i, iu chnh cn thit nhm ti u hiu qu ca cc chin dch tip th s, hng n vic t v vt cc mc tiu (ORK, KPI) ra.
