Job Description

  • Processing the daily transaction of the PS section in accuracy, properly and within TAT
  • Printing and checking correspondence/endorsement letter before sending to customer
  • Coordinating with other departments to process related PS issues
  • Participating actively in development of PS procedure/ special projects effectively and timely
  • Reviewing and working with related departments for enhancing systems, build up new products
  • Following up and supporting team member to complete test plan effectively
  • Handling other tasks as requested by the management

Qualifications

  • Qualification: University/College graduated
  • At least 2 year experience in relevant position
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices, experience in customer service, insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
