Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop operational strategies and organize efficient execution to ensure game products are developed and released on schedule and with the required quality.
- Design, improve, and oversee cross-departmental processes, especially within the game publishing value chain, to optimize efficiency and increase product success rates.
- Build and implement a data platform for operations; promote a data-driven mindset throughout the company.
- Act as the strategic bridge between the CEO and operational departments, ensuring company objectives are translated into clear action plans.
- Lead in promoting the companys core values, collaborate with HR in team development, foster an execution-oriented culture, and improve overall system performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level experience as Head/Director/COO in the technology sector; candidates with gaming product experience are preferred.
- Experience in building and optimizing operational systems, internal processes, and managing multiple departments.
- Strategic thinking, strong system design capabilities, and excellent execution coordination skills.
- English skills: reading comprehension and communication.
- Understanding of data-driven organizational operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Candidates with experience managing at an equal or larger scale are strongly preferred.
