conglomerates. We are the operator of a number of high-end restaurant establishments in HCM.

entrepreneurs, former VC, ex Startups, Consulting, Big Tech, Ivy League grads. We are seeking
highly motivated finance professionals to oversee our accounting and financial matters. In your
role, you will be responsible for building and leading the finance team that is strategic to the
growth and success of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee the entire accounting function across all Zumwhere locations and business units.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with business expansion.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights, scenario planning, and profitability optimization.
2. Accounting Operations
Supervise daily accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, payroll, cash management, bank reconciliation, and inventory accounting- .Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with standardized processes
- .Lead cost-control initiatives, including COGS monitoring, variance analysis, wastage tracking, promotions/discount audits, and store-level P&L accuracy

3. Financial Reportin- g
Produce timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow - ).Build dashboards and reporting models to support executive decision-makin
- g.Ensure full compliance with VAS (and IFRS conversion readiness if required
)

4. Compliance, Audits & Risk Manageme- nt
Manage tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT) and ensure compliance with government regulatio - ns.Lead internal and external audits, providing transparent and complete documentati
- on.Implement risk mitigation strategies, including fraud prevention controls and cash-handling SO

5. Budgeting & Forecast- ing
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cost-planning across departme - nts.Monitor performance vs. budget, flag deviations, and recommend corrective acti

6. Cross-functional Collabora- tion
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to ensure alignment between financial data and business activi - ties.Support new outlet openings, menu changes, promotional programs, and vendor negotiations with financial anal

QUALIFIC- ATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a stron - g plus.Minimum 510 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in F&B/retail/hospit
- ality).Strong understanding of VAS, tax regulations, and audit pro
- cesses.Experience managing multi-unit operations and high transaction
- volume.Proficiency with accounting systems, ERP, POS integrations, and Excel/BI
- tools.High integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical m
- indset.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and support a fast-growth bu
siness.
