Axel Health Group is recruiting a Chief Accountant for Clinic. This is vital role in overseeing the clinic's accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective financial control.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting across medical services, treatment packages, insurance-related revenues, and other clinic income streams.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of clinic revenue, costs, and margins by service line, supporting management decision-making.
- Monitor clinic cash flow, cost structure, and payment cycles to support stable operations and financial planning.
- Work closely with Clinic Manager and Medical Directors to provide financial insights, budgeting support, and cost-control recommendations to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-related financial regulations, tax laws, invoicing requirements, and internal control policies.
- Manage tax declarations, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting related to clinic operations; act as the main contact with authorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 57 years of accounting experience, preferably in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare services.
- Achieved Chief Accountant Certificate (required under Vietnamese regulations).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare-related financial regulations.
- Experience managing healthcare revenue structures (medical services, packages, insurance).
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work closely with clinic operations and management teams.
