Job Main Purpose:
This position will report to BU Head and is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with channel partners (Wholsalers and Retailers) to drive sales growth and enhance market presence. This role involves execution of channel strategies (for both sell-in and off-take, including Bayer Rewards Plus system), performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure that channel partners are effectively supported and aligned with the companys goals.
Your Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence Manager to implement channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Identify potential channel partners and assess their suitability based on market research and analysis.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance and present findings to management.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and contribute to broader business strategies.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Utilize insights to recommend adjustments to channel strategies and partner selection.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that channel partners adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, performance metrics, and communications.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
