Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with board materials, management updates, financing progress reports, and strategic analysis.
  • Proofread and quality-check financial figures, business descriptions, charts, disclosures, and presentation formatting.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, business, operations, and external advisors throughout the financing process.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance advisory, transaction services, valuation, audit, consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, valuation principles, and corporate finance fundamentals.
  • Experience preparing professional presentations, financial analyses, transaction documents, or due diligence materials.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to produce accurate and well-structured materials.
  • Excellent paperwork, writing, proofreading, formatting, and document-management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies across financial and business information.
  • Ability to manage multiple documents and workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, reliability, and execution discipline.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM, DCM, transaction advisory, valuation, or private capital advisory.
  • Exposure to equity fundraising, debt financing, due diligence, or IPO preparation.
  • Experience covering technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, energy, or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Familiarity with investor presentations, data rooms, comparable-company analysis, and transaction process management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and financial fundamentals.
  • High-quality writing and presentation discipline.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Reliable and organized execution.
  • Willingness to handle detailed, document-intensive work.
