Key Responsibilities
Compensation Design & Management:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance;
- Lead the design and optimization of salary structures, bonus frameworks, and performance-based incentive schemes aligned with company strategy;
- Conduct salary benchmarking studies and propose strategic compensation adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
Benefits Analysis & Optimization
- Design and manage a competitive benefits portfolio, evaluating program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals;
- Propose enhancements or new initiatives to strengthen employee experience, retention, and competitiveness based on market benchmarking.
Tax, Social Insurance, And Compliance Management
- Oversee all PIT, social insurance (SI, HI, UI), and statutory compliance activities, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submissions according to legal requirements;
- Proactively monitor labor law developments and advise leadership on necessary policy or process adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
HR Analytics & Strategic Reporting
- Build and maintain advanced Total Rewards reporting systems using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or relevant HR software to support HR decision-making and financial forecasting;
- Track and analyze key metrics including workforce cost trends, pay equity, and employee satisfaction with compensation - delivering actionable insights to HR leadership.
Policy Development & Total Rewards Strategy
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Total Rewards policies to ensure they are fair, competitive, and scalable;
- Partner with HRBPs and business units to align the rewards framework with performance cycles and business objectives;
- Research market trends and propose initiatives to strengthen the overall employee value proposition through total rewards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in C&B, Total Rewards, or a strategic HR role; experience in a fast-growing or tech company is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits management, and Vietnamese labor law;
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent);
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work effectively with senior leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and cross-functional teams;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex projects with multiple priorities;
- Have a personal laptop.

- Communicate level of English;
- Hands-on experience with HRM software will be an advantage.
