We're looking for a C&B Specialist who will handle the full cycle of C&B; processing monthly payroll; PIT; SHUI and career growth for total rewards.
Accountabilities
Own the Full C&B Cycle:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery every cycle.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, SHUI, and others), including enrollment, renewals, claims support, and vendor coordination.
- Handle personal income tax (PIT) finalization, declarations, and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Maintain and audit employee data across HR systems, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee queries on pay, benefits, and entitlements clearly and promptly.
Other Operational Excellence:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll, benefits administration, and reporting workflows.
- Support policy documentation and ensure all C&B practices stay compliant with Vietnamese labor law and regulations.
Qualification & Experiences
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in C&B or total rewards, ideally in a startup, fintech, or financial services environment.
- Proven experience running full-cycle payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor law, PIT, SHUI, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy
- Clear communicator able to explain complex pay and benefits matters in plain language to employees and leadership alike.
What Will Help You Go Further
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fintech where processes were still being built.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Peoplehum, Workday, Bamboo, 1C, or local equivalents).
- Exposure to regional or multi-entity C&B work.
- An interest in using data and analytics to inform compensation decisions — not just report on them.
