Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Officer responsible for payroll, salary structure development, market research, and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
-Manage timekeeping data, allowances, deductions, and salary-related records.
-Develop and update salary ranges/bands for positions and levels.
-Conduct market research on compensation and benefits.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and personal income tax (PIT).
-Prepare documents/reports for audits related to labor, insurance, or tax.
-Manage employee contracts and C&B documentation.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of experience in C&B/Payroll.
-Solid knowledge of labor law, SI/HI/UE regulations, and PIT.
-Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; HRIS experience is a plus.
-Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure.
