Role Description
Job purpose: Coordinate and complete the entire process of timekeeping, payroll calculation, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax (PIT) for all company employees accurately and on schedule. This ensures efficiency, fairness, and legal compliance with all company C&B policies.
Main Duties:
- Time Attendance: Responsible for managing the timekeeping process for the Sales team and Back Office in Ho Chi Minh City (HCM), including tracking compensatory leave, Sunday work, annual leave, leave transfer (carry-over), etc. This involves reviewing timekeeping data, checking for and reporting unusual cases; analyzing and reconciling data; and compiling the monthly timekeeping report for payroll calculation purposes.
- Resignation process: Receive, verify, and update resignation documents daily; input data into the HR system and maintain organized records; prepare Termination Decisions and Employment Termination Notices.
- Social Insurance: Receive and hand over social insurance books, health insurance cards; reissue or update health insurance cards for loss, damage, or clinic change; guide employees and process social insurance adjustments for book merging, lost books, or information updates.
- PIT: Tax: Receive, check documents and perform procedures related to employees family deduction, register Tax Code for all employees. Prepare and submit labor-related reports and reports are requested by the government (if required).
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the HR role and the same position
- Working experience in C&B, attendance, labor contract, insurance, knowledgeable about labor law and insurance law, PIT
- Computer literacy at least level B or equivalent. Good at using Word, Excel
