Partner with HR Manager in designing and executing annual cycles: salary review, performance bonus, merit increase, and benefits optimization.
Provide advisory support to managers and employees, ensuring transparency and understanding of compensation frameworks.
Maintain robust C&B data integrity within HRIS and drive automation to reduce manual workload and errors.
Collaborate with HR Manager for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitiveness and retention risks.
3. HR Operation 20%
Oversee lifecycle HR processes (onboarding, probation, contract management, job data changes, HRIS maintenance, offboarding) with accuracy and compliance.
Serve as a trusted contact point for both managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, performance, and employee relations.
Participate in HR transformation, digitalization, engagement, and performance management initiatives at both local and regional levels.
