What you'll do:
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets by CONMED OS/GS product groups and by distributors across the assigned territory.
- Conduct budgeting by product and geography to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Formulate marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and outperform competitors.
- Identify competitive advantages and implement targeted initiatives to win market share.
- Align distributor and channel activities with sales objectives.
- Strengthen distributor channel development and establish robust channel management practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to influence key customer decisions.
- Execute customer engagement and development plans to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Design and deliver high-quality HCP educational programs.
- Develop initiatives to enhance surgeon engagement and professional collaboration.
- Build strong distributor sales teams through product training and sales coaching.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Monitor distributor sales performance and follow-up to ensure achievement of annual sales budget.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 35+ years of sales and marketing experience in Surgical Devices (OS/GS)
- Experience in managing distributors and driving regional sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of export markets (preferred)
- Strong relationship management with distributors and KOLs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Passion for quality, self-discipline, and self-leadership
- Willingness to travel frequently and interact across diverse cultures and religions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
