Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the annual business development plan for the Vietnam region to achieve rapid growth in market share and revenue targets.
Client Development & Management: Proactively identify and visit potential corporate clients to establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships, and independently manage negotiations and contract signings with key accounts.
Channel Development: Develop, manage, and support the local distributor or agent network, providing them with training and market resources.
Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the region, providing timely feedback to headquarters to support decision-making.
Cross-team Collaboration: Act as the regional representative, working closely with headquarters product, marketing, and support teams to ensure effective fulfillment of client needs and promote product localization improvements.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Channel sales or B2B sales, with experience in the IT, printing industries being preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); Native speaker of Vietnamese.
Note: Proven experience in channel sales, with a verifiable track record of success.
