Job Description

Salary: 60Mio - 80 Mio

Responsibility:

1, Channel ManagementAnalyze industry trends and channel dynamics.Develop effective channel strategies aligned with business goals.Provide comprehensive support to channel partners in sales, product, and technical areas.Maintain strong communication with partners to drive marketing and service initiatives jointly.Collect and report market intelligence and customer needs.

2, Channel DevelopmentExecute sales and marketing plans based on company strategy.Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified channel partners.Design and implement effective cooperation models and partnership proposals.

3, Brand PromotionPlanned and executed product marketing activities in target markets.Strengthen brand recognition and expand regional influence.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities, including product launchesand social media campaigns.Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.

4, Sales ManagementPromote the company's product and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Conduct sales forecasting and organize effective business negotiations.Drive order generation and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

Job Requirement

Having more than 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the CCTV experience.

Has a track record of successfully launching new brands and products;

Hardworking, strong responsibility.
