Job Description:

Responsible for customer development in the assigned area for ShopeeFood and Ocha products.
Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the targeted goals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of products.
Responsible for managing, recruiting, training the business development team.
Regularly and business development staff visit the shops in the area, understand the actual situation.
Prepare reports on work results at the request of superiors.
Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

University degree or above majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, …
At least 03 years of experience in Sales, experience specializing in connecting with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet.
Able to withstand high pressure.
Agility, adaptability and good teamwork.
Good management, negotiation and presentation skills.
High sense of responsibility at work.
Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Search, process, analyze information and make decisions.
Planning and managing change. Task management and time management.
