Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, and building relationships with new and existing customers. You will develop strategies to expand the company's network of distributors, agents, clients and partners across Southeast Asia. You will also work cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer service, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of Eurostellar's mission to bridge groundbreaking European technologies with Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and expand growth opportunities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills, especially Vietnamese or Czech, are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge or experience in Security and IoT sectors is a plus

• Income: up to 30.000.000 VND/month included Salary: 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND/month Gross & Incentive on Volume and Yearly KPI.
