Pet Adventures is looking for a driven, hardworking, and truly exceptional new team member to help grow our international pet relocation division. You don't need prior pet travel experience just excellent English, strong people skills, and the determination to get out there and make things happen.
We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-starting someone who prefers action over instruction. This is not a 95 corporate role. If you're happiest with structure, processes, and managers telling you what to do, this won't be the right fit.
But if you want to build something new, help shape a department with huge potential, and be rewarded directly for your output, this is an exceptional opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Generate high-quality leads across both B2B and B2C markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to prospects, open doors, and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Drive measurable results that directly contribute to sales conversions.
- Work towards performance-based targets, with strong commission incentives tied to results delivered.
- Support the growth of the international pet relocation division through proactive outreach and initiative-driven tasks.
- Engage with customers using strong people skills to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
What You Bring
- We're looking for someone who's ambitious and ready to make things happen. You'll need:
- Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
- Proven sales experience or client-facing background
- Willing to travel and participate in Pet Adventures trips if needed
- Strong initiative: proactive, outgoing, and comfortable meeting partners in person
- Creative thinker who can design and execute new lead-gen ideas
- Driven by performance, targets, and results
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
