This full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to enhance company growth. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives.

• Strong analytical skills for market trends, data interpretation, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships and conveying value propositions effectively
• Expertise in lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client support and excellent customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
