Business Development Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialistis fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, developing client relationships, and supporting the team in driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination

• Coordinate architectural, interior, and engineering design documentation
• Working with designers, consultants, and drafting teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings

Build & Project Coordination

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Participate in bidding, manage negotiations with clients
• Support project managers during construction phases
• Coordinate with builders, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Track project timelines, approvals, and key milestones
• Prepare basic reports, meeting minutes, and coordination updates

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
