Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist in identifying and researching potential publisher/inventory partners.
- Support outreach and communication efforts to onboard new partners.
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and onboarding documentation.
2. Account Support & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between supply partners and internal teams (tech, ops, product).
- Monitor publisher performance metrics (e.g., impressions, fill rate, eCPM) and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate basic troubleshooting during integration (e.g., tag implementation, SDK status).
3. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track performance data and maintain updated records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly reports for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor partner health and flag underperforming supply.
4. Industry Knowledge & Learning
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, especially in programmatic and publisher monetization.
- Learn about ad formats, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and real-time bidding.
- Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing with the team.
Key Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or business development (internship experience counts).
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g., impressions, CPM, programmatic).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid, MoPub, etc.).
- Previous internship or work experience at a media company, ad network, or agency.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn how tags, SDKs, or APIs work.
- Experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar.
