WSC is a service company specializing in US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services for small and mid-sized businesses in US, with operations based in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Business Development Partner who can help us generate qualified leads and new business opportunities from companies that need bookkeeping and accounting support in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong network or experience in client acquisition and wants to earn based on performance with no Fixed salary and Commission-based with high earning potential

Role Description

The Business Development Partner will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Responsibilities developing strategic sales plans, delivering growth strategies, and overseeing training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably service-based industries)
• Strong network or ability to reach US-based business owners or professionals is a big plus
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to independently source and qualify leads
• Proactive, result-driven, and comfortable working on commission-only structure
