  • Channel Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and vendors to expand market reach and strengthen partner capabilities.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, opportunity management, commercial negotiation, forecasting, order processing, and AR follow-up.

  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic customer accounts, and increase market penetration for SketchUp solutions.

  • Customer Success: Understand customer business requirements and deliver suitable design software solutions that improve user productivity and project outcomes.

  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain healthy sales pipelines, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and vendor teams to execute campaigns, training, and go-to-market initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, channel sales, or software solution sales.

  • Proven track record in selling software solutions, preferably within CAD, 3D design, architecture, engineering, or construction industries.

  • Experience working with SketchUp or similar design software solutions is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles and drive business growth.

  • Strong commercial mindset with good analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
