About the role:
This role focuses on driving revenue growth by headhunting and developing partnerships with streaming guilds, streamers, and high-value users.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage live-streaming agencies & streamers (with emphasis on headhunting from competitors, social media, and personal networks);
- Handle agency and streamer affairs, ensuring quick and effective problem-solving;
- Identify and maintain relationships with high-value users (key spenders / VIPs);
- Provide regular reports and ensure efficient teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Prior BD experience in live-streaming, MCN, or related industries preferred; existing agency/streamer or VIP user resources are a strong plus;
- Strong headhunting and negotiation skills; ability to work independently with strong ownership and result orientation;
- Proficiency in Burmese is required; good command of English (both written and spoken) to be used as a working language;
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills;
- Bachelors degree or above.
