Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand your sales team through your own professional and personal network
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Organize and conduct client visits to drive business development activities
- Support and develop team members to enhance business generation and overall performance
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set business goals
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
